To start off your duplication business, you will need to invest in some equipment. Most of your investment will go to the purchase of a Blu Ray duplicator or replicator device. You need to have a duplicator tower in order to duplicate multiple CDs in less the time. All you need is an old PC, Nero Burning ROM, Blu Ray capable hard drives, Blank CDs and unused ribbon cables. The first step in creating a duplicator tower is to ready the personal computer. Get the DVD drive and then connect it directly with the motherboard by means of the ribbon cable. To do this, you need to plug the plastic end of the ribbon cable to the back of the DVD drive. Do the same for your DVD-RW drive. You can attach as many DVD-RW drives to your expansion ports as you see fit. The more DVD-RW drives you attach, the more Blu Ray disc replication you can accomplish. After that, you have to purchase a Nero Burning ROM and then install it to your personal computer. Nero is one of the best programs there is when it comes to burning CDs, DVDs and even for Blu Ray replication. It can do multiple or simultaneous burning that is why it is the recommended program for the duplication business. To start the Blu Ray replication process, put the original DVD into the DVD drive. After that, get the blank discs and input it in the drives you set up. Open the Nero program in your computer and just follow the instructions for CD replication. Once you click the “Write” button, the burning process will begin. The CDs will automatically be ejected when the entire process is done. |
